On Waste Water Engineering Construction in City Development Zone

探讨城市新区排水工程建设与排水规划之间近、远期结合若干问题．认为排水工程建设既要以规划为依据，又要主动适应城市建设发展需要。

This paper takes the waste water engineering in Zhong Huang Road,Fuqing,Fujian Province for an example. It approaches some problems on combination of short-term and long-term planning between waste water engineering construction and waste water planning in city development zone. It is suggested that,in view of ensuring greatest economic and environmental benefits,waste water engineering construction should not only be based on the planning but also meet the needs of development of the city construction.
