浅议我国当前旧城改造

On Today's Urban Renewal in China

根据城市经济、规划、房地产开发等方面的基本理论，从旧城改造面临的新的契机入手，分析了当前我国旧城改造的特点和旧城开发中存在的问题，提出旧城改造应走全面系统的发展道路．

This paper starts with new opportunities in the reconstruction endeavor. Then it makes an analysis of the features and existing problems in this respect. A comprehensive and systematic approach of development to the reconstruction endeavor is thereby put forward.
