肝癌术后的双插管介入治疗

Postoperative Double catheterization Intervention Therapy for Liver Cancer

自１９９４年开始，仙居县人民医院对肝癌切除后常规置肝动脉系、门静脉系ＤＤＳ泵进行双插管化疗．术后半年、１年和２年复发率分别为３．８％（１／２６）、１５．３％（４／２６）和６１．５％（１６／２６）．术后半年、１年和２年生存率分别为１００％（２６／２６）、９２．３％（２４／２６）和６９．２％（１８／２６）．结果表明，术后双插管介入治疗对延缓肝癌复发。

Since 1994,DDS pump has been applied on the postoperative liver cancer patients as a routine indewelling catheter.The recurrence rates at the half year,one year and two year postoperatively were 3.8%(1/26),15.3%(4/26) and 61.5%(16/26),while their survival rates were 100%(26/26),92.3%(24/26)and 69.2%(18/26) respectively.The result showed that the double catheterization lntervention therapy played an important role in postponing the cancer recurrence and improving the survival rates.
