摘要
随机选择门诊就诊的９６例下颌智齿冠周炎患者，分为两组，治疗组给予克林霉素胶囊口服，对照组给予乙酰螺旋霉素片和灭滴灵片口服．结果两组总有效率分别为９４％和７８％，两组比较有显著性差异．说明克林霉素治疗智齿冠周炎临床疗效令人满意，可考虑作为目前临床治疗智齿冠周炎的首选药物．
cases of pericoronitis of wisdom tooth in our clinic were studied,which were randomly divided into two groups: group one were treated with clindamycin while the control with acetal spiramycin and metronidezobe. The results showed that the effective rates were 94% and 78% respectively with significant difference between the two groups.Clindamycin was very effective in treating pericoronitis of wisdom tooth and could be the first choice in the treatment of pericoronitis of wisdom tooth.
