According to the problem of safety investment in constructions enterprises,this paper discusses the safety investment control mechanism based on winwin strategy for construction enterprises.This paper describes the basic meaning of the control system,analyzes the relation and function among every bodies in safety investment control mechanism and also discusses the significance of safety investment control mechanism.
