摘要
以燃用发生炉煤气的炉窑为例,对窑前煤气脱硫和窑后烟气脱硫进行了简要的对比和分析。结果表明,窑前煤气脱硫在脱硫效率、运行成本、脱硫站整体规划及对环境的影响等诸多方面具有较为明显的优势,而且可以将窑炉烟气含硫量控制得更低,有利于SO2减排,同时通过煤气脱硫可以控制炉内燃烧气氛中的SO2含量,有利于延长窑炉及相关设备的使用寿命。
Taking the furnace which uses coal gas as fuel for an example,this paper compares and analyzes gas desulphurization before furnace and flue desulphurization after furnace from different perspectives.The results show that gas desulphurization before furnace have more obvious advantages in the desulphurization efficiency,running costs,the overall planning and impact on the environment. It also can control furnace flue with a lower sulfur content which is conducive to SO2 emission reduction.At the same time it can control SO2 content of the atmosphere in the furnace combustion through gas desulphurization which will be conducive to extend the life of the furnace and related equipment.
