后危机时期以产品创新促经济转型升级与内生增长——江苏的经验借鉴与实证分析

Promoting Transformation,Upgrading and Endogenetic Growth through Product Innovation in the Post-economic Crisis Era

尽管中国经济恢复了高增长,但在后危机时期仍面临投入成本上升、供求结构失衡、内生动力不足等问题,且在科技投入、产品创新与经济增长具有较强互动作用的前提下,当前应确立以支持企业产品创新和相关技术进步为重点的科技创新政策,实现经济内生的、持续的、良性的高增长。

China＇s economy is sustaining rapid growth, but it is also encountering many problems, such as input costs increasing, the out-of-balance of the structure between supply and demand, inadequate endogenetic power and so on. The input of science and technology, the product innovation and the economic growth are interrelated. We should formulate some policies for product innovation and technology development to explore new markets, defuse overproduction crisis, heighten value-added, and then decrease consume, reduce emissions and save costs, realize successfully the endogenetic, sustained and sound growth of economy.
