我国服务业空间集聚水平测度及影响因素研究

Agglomeration Level Measurement and Influence Factors of Service Industry

本文采用墒指数、H指数以及空间基尼系数,从总体水平、区域视角和行业视角测度了我国服务业集聚水平。在此基础上,探讨了服务业集聚的影响因素。结果表明:对外开放水平、要素禀赋(人力资本)、地理位置以及工业发展水平与服务业集聚水平正相关,且对外开放水平、要素禀赋对服务业集聚水平作用最显著;沿海地区的地理优势对服务业集聚水平也有显著影响;而政府干预能力则与服务业集聚水平负相关。最后提出了结论及启示。

This paper tests the degree of services industry cluster by G, H, LQ and EI index. And then, the paper analyzes the effects on service industry cluster. We find that the degree of opening-up and the human resources are the most important factors which could promote the service industry cluster, and there is a positive correlation among the regional factor, the industrial development and service industry agglomeration level, but the government policy shows negative effect. At last, we present a brief conclusion and give some advices.
