摘要 本文通过定义管理者外部网络活动和外部经营讨论网的相关测度,对西安高新技术开发区信息产业集群中的管理者社会网络的基本特征进行分析。研究结论为优化管理者网络,促进信息产业集群的发展提供参考。 Through defining relevant measurements of the interfinn network activities and business discussing network for managers, the paper analyzes the basic characterizes of managers＇ social network in the information industry cluster of Xi＇an hi-tech development zone. The paper puts forward some suggestions of optimizing oneself social network and promoting development of information industry cluster.
