高校科协基层组织建设制约问题研究

Research on Constraints of the Construction of Science and Technology Association in Higher Education Institutions

高校科协是高等院校党委领导下的学校科技工作者的群众团体,属科协基层组织,加强高校科协基层组织建设有助于推动我国科技事业的发展。本文在全国高校科协基层组织建设调查的基础上,分析阐述了当前高校科协基层组织建设的制约问题,并对促进高校科协基层组织建设提出了相关对策建议。

Science and technology association in higher education institutions （STAHEI） are mass organization of scientific and technical workers at universities and colleges which is led by Party Committee of the institutions, they are part of grass root organizations of China Association for Science and Technology （CAST）. Strengthening the construction of these organizations will improve the development of science and technology in China. On the basis of nationwide investigation on the construction of STAHEI, this article analyzed the constrains, and further gave suggestions on promoting the development of the organizations.
