云南几种热带兰根际真菌调查 被引量:3

The Study on the Flora of Rhizosphere Fungi of Tropical Orchid

摘要 对西双版纳,昆明热带兰栽培基质真菌区系生态分布,组成和数量进行了研究,结果表明:基质中共出现真菌5目,8科,18个属,其中从梗孢目(Moniliales)占总数的625%,为绝对优势菌类群.无孢目(Mycelia)占总数的281%,西双版纳基质中无孢群占无孢群菌数的85%. The study on the ecological distribution,composition a nd the amount of fungi in the cultivated substrates of tropical orchid of both Xishuangbanna and Kunming.The results show that there are five orders,eight fami l ies and eighteen genera of fungi in the substrates,among them,the fungus of Moni liales which took up 62.5% was the predominant group of all fungi found.The fung us of order Mycelia was 27.28%.and the Mycelia obtained from the cultivated subs trates of Xishuangbanna of all Mycelia found.
