摘要
在煤田地质孔施工中,经常遇到钻孔内产生不同程度的坍塌、漏失和涌水等问题,给钻探生产带来了极大的影响。以磁西40-7孔和武安ZK11-1孔为例,介绍了水泥—水玻璃双液注浆堵漏的机理、施工工艺及主要技术参数。从堵漏的效果来看,该方法具有堵漏成功率高、施工简便、安全可靠和费用低的特点。
In coal geological drilling,varying problems of collapsing,leakage and water gushing are encountered quite often,thus greatly impact drilling operations.To take the Cixi 40-7 and Wuan ZK11-2 boreholes as examples,introduced the cement-water glass dual slurry grouting leak stopping mechanism,operation technology and main technical parameters.In view of leak stopping effect,the method has characteristics of high mission success rate,simple operation,safe and reliable,low cost.
