煤炭地质单位长期从事煤炭地质勘查,是典型的专业化队伍,专业化经营模式。而目前煤炭地勘单位所面临的发展形势迫切需要实现多元化发展。通过分析专业化经营与多元化经营的特点以及专业化与多元化抉择的原则,提出了煤炭地质单位在新形势下,实施多元化经营战略的建议:继续加强地勘能力建设,做强做大地勘及其延伸业,做到以"煤"为主,兼顾基础施工、工程勘察、灾害治理、建筑、机械加工及社会服务等领域;发挥各单位地区优势,将自身的发展纳入煤炭工业体系中,实现探采一体化,进而实现煤炭地质经济的跨越式发展。

A coal geological exploration unit is engaged in coal geological exploration chronically,thus a typical specialized team with specialized managing model.But the development situation the unit faced is diversified development urgently needed.Through specialized management,diversified management characteristic and specialized and diversified choice principle analyses,under the new situation,advice of diversified management strategy put into practice put forward： keep up to strengthen geological exploration capability construction,to strengthen geological exploration and its extending businesses,give priority to the ＂coal＂,keep one eye on domains of foundation construction,engineering investigation,disaster harness,architecture,machining and social works.Give play to initiative and advantages of the localities,put self development into coal industrial system,realize exploration and mining integration,then proceed to realize coal geological economy great leap forward development.
