摘要
采用6种营养组分含量不同的配合饲料对南方鲇(Silurusmeridionalis)幼鱼进行了6周(43d)的摄食—生长实验,测定并比较了实验前后的鱼体组成,分析了饲料组成对鱼体组成的影响.结果发现:鱼体蛋白质含量与饲料蛋白质含量呈显著正相关,直线回归方程为:Y=5806+011X(R=075,P<001);鱼体脂肪含量与饲料的比能值呈显著负相关,直线回归方程为:Y=5634-163X(R=-061,P<001);鱼体灰分含量与饲料脂肪含量(X1)和饲料的蛋白质与碳水化合物的比值(X2)显著相关,多元回归方程为:Y=1562-054X1+050X2(R=065,P<001);鱼体的蛋白质与能量的比值和饲料的蛋白质与碳水化合物的比值显著正相关,直线回归方程为:Y=2614+039X(R=062,P<001);
A six week growth experiment was conducted on Silurus meridionalis at 6 different artificial formulated diets.The relationship between the dietary composition and the body composition was analyzed,and results showed that (1) body protein content was positive correlation to dietary protein content significantly,and the expression was: Y=58 06+0 11X(R=0 75, P<0 01 );(2)body lipid content was passive correlation to dietary energy content significantly,and the expression was: Y=56 34-1 63X(R=-0 61, P<0 01 );(3)body ash content was correlation to dietary lipid content( X 1 )and the ratio of protein to carbohydrate in diet( X 2 ),and the polynomial regression equation was: Y=15 62-0 54X 1+0 50X 2(R=0 65, P<0 01 );(4)the ratio of protein to energy in body was positive correlation to the ratio of protein to carbohydrate in diet significantly,and the expression was: Y=26 14+0 39X(R=0 62, P<0 01 );(5)neither body moisture content nor body energy content correlated with dietary compositions significantly.
