结直肠癌组织中Twist、MMP-2和MMP-9的表达及意义

Expression and significance of Twist,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in colorectal carcinomas

目的探讨Twist与MMP-2、MMP-9在结直肠癌中表达的相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测48例结直肠癌组织和24例癌旁5cm以上正常组织中Twist、MMP-2、MMP-9的表达情况。结果在结直肠癌组织中,Twist、MMP-2、MMP-9的阳性表达率分别为47.92%、54.17%,62.50%,均显著高于癌旁正常组织中的12.50%、20.83%,25.00%,(P<0.05)。Twist、MMP-2、MMP-9与肿瘤的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。Twist的表达与MMP-2、MMP-9的表达呈正相关。MMP-2的表达与MMP-9的表达呈正相关。结论 Twist、MMP-2、MMP-9在肿瘤细胞发生浸润转移中起了协同作用,可作为评估结直肠癌转移及预后的参考指标。

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Twist,matrix metalloproteinase（MMP）-2 and MMP-9 in colorectal carcinomas.Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to examine the levels of Twist protein,MMP-2,MMP-9 in colorectal carcinomas（48 cases） and paracancerous normal tissues（24 cases）.Results The positive rates of Twist,MMP-2 and MMP-9 were higher in colorectal carcinoma than those in the tumor-adjacent ormal tissues（47.92%,54.17%,62.5% vs. 12.50%,20.83%,25.00%）（P0.05）.Their expressions were positively correlated with the tumor differentiation,the depth of invasion lymph node metastasis（P0.05）.Expression of Twist was positively correlated with that of MMP-2 and MMP-9（P0.01）.Expression of MMP-2 was positively correlated with that of MMP-9（P0.01）.Conclusion The aberrant expressions of Twist,MMP-2 and MMP-9 may play a cooperative role in the infiltration and metastasis of colorectal carcinomas,which may be taken as a reference index for evaluating the metastasis and prognosis.
