体质对变应性鼻炎局部体征影响的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Signs in Nasal Cavity of Allergic Rhinitis Caused by Constitutions

目的观察不同体质对变应性鼻炎局部体征的影响。方法将变应性鼻炎患者按体质分类,详细记录体征变化的时间和特点,应用频次统计及χ2检验比较不同体质的患者出现体征变化的特点。结果晦涩质和燥红质主要表现为鼻腔黏膜颜色黯红,2组比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.597,P>0.05);腻滞质主要表现为下鼻甲前端明显肥大以及合并出现鼻息肉,分别占同体质的76.32%(58/76)和17.11%(13/76);迟冷质下鼻甲后端肥大者占51.53%(84/163),合并鼻息肉者占15.95%(26/163);倦质中主要表现为下鼻甲前端和后端肥大,分别占42.50%(17/40)和32.50%(13/40);正常质中均是常态表现。结论 6种体质变应性鼻炎患者局部体征共有5种基本变化,不同体质引起的变应性鼻炎局部体征具有不同特点,有助于指导临床预防和治疗。

Objective To observe and summarize the influence of difference constitutions on signs in nasal cavity of allergic rhinitis. Methods The patients were divide into 6 constitutions, and the data of signs were recorded and analyzed by percentage and x^2 analysis. Results Nasal mucosa was dark red in Huise and Zaohong constitutions, with no difference （x^2= 0.597, P 〉 0.05）. Fore-end inferior turbinate hypertrophy （76.32%, 58/76） or combined with nasal polyps （17.11%, 13/76） were in Nizhi constitution. Rear-end inferior turbinate hypertrophy （51.53%, 84/163） or combined with nasal polyps （15.95%, 26/163） were in Chileng constitution. Fore-end inferior turbinate hypertrophy （42.50%, 17/40） and rear-end inferior turbinate hypertrophy （32.50%, 13/40） were in Juanhuang constitution. All changes were normality in normal constitution. Conclusions There are 5 basic changes of signs in nasal cavity in all 6 constitutions. Significant difference is noted on signs in nasal cavity of allergic rhinitis with difference constitutions, which are helpful to the prevention and treatment.
