当归贝母苦参煎剂对慢性细菌性前列腺炎大鼠前列腺中超氧化物歧化酶和丙二醛的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察当归贝母苦参煎剂对慢性细菌性前列腺炎(CBP)大鼠前列腺中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为空白对照组、模型组、西药对照组及当归贝母苦参煎剂高、中、低剂量组,每组10只。除空白对照组外,前列腺背叶注射大肠埃希菌制备CBP动物模型。测定各组大鼠前列腺中SOD、MDA的含量。结果与模型组比较,西药对照组、当归贝母苦参煎剂低剂量组大鼠前列腺中SOD明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),高剂量组大鼠SOD升高更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);西药对照组、当归贝母苦参煎剂各剂量组大鼠前列腺中MDA含量均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论当归贝母苦参煎剂对CBP所发挥的作用可能与升高前列腺组织中的SOD和降低MDA有关。 Objective To observe the effects of Danggui BeimuKushen decoction on the contents of SOD and MDA in the prostates of chronic bacterial prostatitis (CBP) rats and investigate the mechanism. Methods Sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 6 groups (10 in each): the control group, the model group, the western medicine group, the high-, middle- and low-dose groups of Danggui Beimu Kushen decoction. CBP model was established by injecting E. coli into the dorsal lobes of the prostate. The contents of SOD and MDA in the prostates of rats were measured. Results Compared with the model group, the content of SOD was significantly increased in the western medicine group and the low-dose group of Danggui Beimu Kushen decoction (P〈0.05), while more significantly increased in the high-dose group of Danggui Beimu Kushen decoction (P〈0.01). The contents of MDA was significantly decreased in the western medicine group, the high, middle and low-dose groups of Danggui Beimu Kushen decoction (P〈0.01). Conclusion The mechanism of Danggui Beimu Kushen decoction may be related with heightening SOD and lowering MDA of CBP rats.
