舒胃汤对功能性消化不良大鼠Cajal间质细胞和P物质表达的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察舒胃汤对功能性消化不良(FD)大鼠c-Kit阳性Cajal间质细胞(ICC)、P物质(SP)表达的影响,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法除空白组外,采用不规则喂养配合夹尾刺激法制作大鼠FD模型,随机分成模型组、舒胃汤高剂量组、舒胃汤低剂量组、多潘立酮组、木香顺气组,连续给予相应药物14d后,放射免疫法检测血浆SP水平,免疫组化法检测c-Kit阳性ICC表达,以酚红法观察胃排空率。结果与空白组比较,模型组胃排空和胃窦c-Kit阳性ICC表达、血浆SP水平显著降低(均P<O.O5);与模型组相比,舒胃汤高剂量组、多潘立酮组及木香顺气组各指标均显著升高(均P<0.O5),而舒胃汤低剂量组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论舒胃汤促进FD大鼠胃动力作用可能与上调c-Kit阳性ICC表达和升高SP水平有关。 Objective To observe the effects of Shuweitang on the positive expression of interstitial cells of Cajal (ICC) and substance P (SP) in functional dyspepsia (FD) rats, and explore its mechanism. Methods FD model rats made by irregularly feeding food and clip tail stimulation method were divided randomly into 6 groups: blank group, model group, high and low dosages of Shuweitang group, domperidone tablets group and Muxiangshunqi group. Treatments were offered for 14 days. The content of SP were determined by radiommunoassay, c-kit positive expression of ICC was observed immunohistochemically, and gastric emptying was observed with phenolsulfonphthalein. Results Compared with the blank group, the expression of ICC, the content of SP and gastric emptying in the model group were obviously decreased (P〈0.05). Compared with the model group, the indicators of high dosage of Shuweitang, Muxiangshunqi and domperidone tablets groups increased significantly (P〈0.05), while the low dosage of Shuweitang had no significant difference (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Shuweitang can promot stomach force of FD rats by upgrading the expression of ICC and SP.
