气相色谱法测定破壁灵芝孢子粉中油酸及亚油酸的含量 被引量:13

Determination of Oleic Acid and Linolcic Acid in Sporoderm-broken Ganoderma Lucidum Spore by Gas Chromatography

摘要 目的建立破壁灵芝孢子粉中油酸、亚油酸的含量测定方法。方法采用气相色谱法,色谱柱为美国Phenomenex公司ZB-WAX毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm);色谱条件:程序升温,检测器温度280℃,进样口温度280℃;按内标法测定含量。结果油酸、亚油酸分别在0.4014~2.0072μg(r=0.9991)、0.1330~0.6648μg(r=0.9989)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为96.38%(RSD=1.40%)、96.90%(RSD=1.12%)。结论本方法操作简便,结果可靠,重复性好,可用于该产品质量控制。 Objective To establish a method for determining oleic acid and linolcic acid in sporodermbroken Ganoderma Lucidum Spore. Methods Phenomenex ZB-WAX (30 m × 0.25 mm× 0.25 μm) was used. Chromatography condition: Temperature-programmed, detector temperature was set at 280 ℃ and injector at 280 ℃ respectively. Interned standards were used for quantitative determination. Results There was excellent linearity of the oleic acid and linolcic acid in the range of 0.4014-2.0072 μg (r =0.9991) and 0.133 0-0.664 8 μg (r=0.998 9). The average recovery was 96.38% (RSD=1.40%1 and 96.90% (RSD= 1.12%). Conclusion This method is easy, credible and reproducible to control the quality of the products.
