新疆紫草羟基萘醌有效部位制备工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的以β,β’-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁的含量为指标,研究新疆紫草抗炎有效部位的制备工艺。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定羟基萘醌中β,β’-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁的含量,通过正交设计法优选提取工艺,再经硅胶柱色谱得到羟基萘醌有效部位。结果最佳提取工艺为55℃,15倍量石油醚浸提2h,浸提2次,得到的浸膏经10倍量硅胶柱色谱得到羟基萘醌有效部位。结论此工艺路线成本低,重复性较好,可用于工业化生产,获得较高纯度的羟基萘醌。 Objective To validate the separation technology of effective parts in Amebia euchroma (Royle) Johnst., β, β'-dimethylacryalkannin was taken as marker compound in validation process. Method The content of β, β'-dimethylacryalkannin was determine by HPLC. The optimal extraction condition was investigated by orthogonal design, and after silica gel column chromatography, the hydroxy- naphthoquinones effective parts was gained. Rusult The optimal extracting condition was 55 ℃, extracted 2 times with 15 times of petroleum ether for 2 h, and then with 10 times amount of silica gel column chromatography, the effective parts was gained. Conclusion The separation process is relative practical for industrialization to get hydroxy-naphthoquinones in low cost, and the reproducibility is well.
