上颌骨溶骨症一例报告并文献复习

Massive osteolysis of maxillary bone:report of one case and literature review

为了探讨颌骨溶骨症的临床及CT、MR影像学特点和病理表现,为临床诊断提供根据,分析本病例的临床表现及CT、MR影像学资料与病理表现,结合文献总结其临床、影像学和病理特点。颌骨溶骨症起病隐匿,发展缓慢,临床诊断十分困难,影像学特点为颌骨广泛性溶解破坏。颌骨溶骨症早期诊断困难,发病机制不明,临床目前尚无有效治疗方法,CT、MR和病理表现并结合临床有助于明确诊断。

The objective of this study was to discuss the clinical manifestation,imageology feature of CT and MR and pathology appearance of massive osteolysis of jaw bones,and offer the evidence of clinical diagnosis.The clinical manifestation,imageology data of CT and MR and pathology appearance of the morbidity on this disease were analyzed,and the relevant literature data was reviewed to summarize the clinical feature,imageology feature and pathology feature.Massive osteolysis of jaw bones was a case of onste delitescence.It grewed slowly,and clinical diagnosis was very difficult.The feature of imageology：jaw bones were dissolved and destroyed catholicity.Early diagnosis of massive osteolysis of jaw bones is difficult,the nosogenesis is not clear,there are no effective therapy.CT,MR and appearance of pathology may help to final diagnosis.
