摘要
根据无界空间无源区电磁波传播规律和狭义相对论介质中光速变换,导出了线性均匀介质的介电系数在不同参考系之间的变换关系。参考系之间变换可相当于各向同性介质与各向异性介质的变换。
According to the propagating law of electromagnetic wave in
non-resource region of a infinite space and relativistic transformations of light speed in media,
the transformation relations of the dielectric constants in linear homogeneous media have been
derived and it has been found that the transformations between frames of reference equal the
transformations between isotropic and nonisotropic medium.
