糖尿病GK大鼠证候特征及其个体化辨证论治疗效评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察糖尿病GK大鼠的特征性证候,探讨个体化辨证论治糖尿病的疗效。方法将GK大鼠分为模型组、西药组以及中西药结合辨证论治组(辨证组),以Wistar大鼠作为正常对照,给予饮用水或相应药物干预,观察证候及随机血糖的变化。结果个体辨证治疗对糖尿病大鼠的胃热程度及随机血糖均有较好的改善作用,对阴盛衰度有改善趋势,对气盛衰度影响具有阶段性。结论GK大鼠存在特殊的证候、兼证,及其演变规律,个体辨证论治具有一定优势,但其疗效评价还有广阔的探索空间。 Objective To characterize GK rats as well as the efficacy of treatment based on pattern identification. Methods GK rats were randomly divided into model group, western medicine group and integrated Chinese and western medicine group. Wistar rats were set up as normal group. All rats were provided water or corresponding medicine. The change of random blood sugar and manifestations of four diagnosis were assessed. Results The efficacy of individual syndrome differentiation and treatment on lowering stomach energy and random blood sugar is better than simple western medicine. Moreover, syndrome differentiation and treatment can slightly reduce yin deficiency and periodically affect qi deficiency. Conclusion GK rats have particular syndromes and accompanying symptoms which progress regularly. Individual syndrome differentiation and treatment have certain dominant position. The efficacy of which has wide space to explore.
