摘要
目的:探讨超声组织定征技术评价射频消融正常兔肝改变的价值。方法:建立射频消融正常兔肝模型,分别于消融前、消融后1、3、5和15 d行二维超声及超声组织定征检查,二维超声观察肝脏消融后变化,超声组织定征定量分析消融灶改变。结果:射频消融后,二维超声显示高回声区类圆形病灶,其内相间弱回声;消融灶的超声组织定征平均强度、标准化IBS值均高于消融前,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:射频消融正常兔肝的超声组织定征改变可以反映病理变化。
Objective: To explore the value of ultrasonic tissue characterization (UTC) in radiofrequency ablation (RFA) in normal rabbit liver. Methods: Animal models of RFA lesion normal liver were created. Ultrasonic examinations were performed at the times before and after the lesion of RFA at 1, 3, 5, 15 days. Results: The average image intensity and standard IBS(IBS%) of the normal rabbit liver were all higher than that before. The difference was significant ( p 〈0. 05). IBS% could well correlate the pathological changes by RFA. Conclusion:The UTC heralds a new method of noninvasive quantitative measurement in the assessment of therapeutic response to radiofrequency ablation of the rabbit's normal liver.
