胡桃夹综合征诊治体会

摘要临床资料 1．一般情况：女性患者，14岁。6年前因“尿频”于外院就诊，诊断“慢性肾小球肾炎”，并给予中成药治疗。定期监测尿常规，尿蛋白（-～＋＋）。患者于每次剧烈运动或劳累后出现明显泡沫尿。
