摘要
在广泛调查研究的基础上,对目前高师体育课程的改革与建设进行了实验研究与理论分析,以期为高师体育课程的改革与发展提供参考依据。通过调查研究分析,得到了以下结论:高师普通体育课程应定位于全面提高每一个师范生体质健康水平、将来要从事的体育工作的综合素质以及强化大学生终身健身意识上;体育理论课在体育课中的比重应当加大;体育实践课教学应实现从“教师中心”向自我教育的“环境活用型”转变;
On the basis of investigation,the author studies and analyses problem with the purpoes to offer some data to the refrom and curriculum of physical education course.Some conclusions read as follows:the purpose of PE lesson is to improve students′health,their ability to do sports;more emphasis should be laid on the teaching of PE theory,teaching methods should be varied and students should be active participants rather than passive recipient in PE classes;PE lesson should meet the needs of the development of society.
