摘要
指出现代期刊编辑具备科学技术素养之必要性,并提出提高期刊编辑科学技术素养的有效途径。
Nowdays,it is necessary for perodical editors to have scientific accomplishment.The author points out some effective ways to improve scientific accomplishment of periodical editors in this article.
