原发性高血压基因多态性的相关研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 原发性高血压是由遗传因素和环境因素共同影响所致的复杂的多基因遗传病。至今对其发病机制仍不完全清楚,但遗传背景是其发病的重要原因,在其发病中所起的作用占30%~50%。随着人类基因组计划的顺利完成,人们从基因遗传学方面进行了深入研究,并发现了多个原发性高血压候选基因。现对近几年原发性高血压相关的热点基因多态性研究成果予以综述。 Essential hypertension is a polygenetic disease that occurs as a consequence of complex interactions of multiple genetic polymorphisms and environmental factors.As its pathogenesis is still not completely known,however,the genetic background plays an important role,accounting for 30-50% of the incidence.Following the completion of human genomic plan,more in-depth study of genetic genetics have been conducted,having identified a number of candidate genes of essential hypertension.This paper reviews the research progress of essential hypertension in recent years,in addition to the hotspot gene polymorphisms.
