摘要
目的总结老年人急性重型颅脑损伤的临床特征及影响预后的因素。方法对我院2001年1月至2009年10月收住的106例老年急性重型颅脑损伤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果存活45例,其中20例恢复良好,轻残8例,中残11例,重残6例。死亡61例,其中格拉斯哥昏迷评分3～5分者死亡24例,6～8分者死亡37例。结论老年重型颅脑损伤患者病死率高,预后相对较差。早期诊断与积极的综合治疗措施是救治老年重型颅脑损伤的重要方法。
Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics and prognosis of elderly patients with acute severe head injury.Methods The clincal data of 106 patients with acute severe head injury treated in our hospital from January 2001 to October 2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results 45 cases survived,20 recovered well,8 cases were mild disability,11 cases were moderate disability,6 cases were severe disability.61 cases were dead,24 cases had a Glasgow coma score between 3 to 5,37 cases had a Glasgow coma score between 6 to 8.Conclusion There were high mortality and bad prognosis in the elderly patients with acute severe head injury.Early diagnosis and aggressive comprehensive treatment measures were important means to the elderly severe head injury.
