摘要
对惠州抽水蓄能电站工程建设中的目标管理、"NOSA五星"安健环、工程协调机制、机电设备管理、信息管理系统的开发与应用、征地移民及廉政建设等工程管理实践进行了归纳和总结。为同类工程的建设管理提供借鉴和参考。
The managements on objectives, NOSA five-star safety, health and environment system, coordination mechanism, electrical and mechanical equipment, information management system development and application, land acquisition and resettlement in the construction of Huizhou Pumped-Storage Power Station project were summarized herein. The experiences can be as references to similar projects.
