摘要
通过介绍惠州抽水蓄能电站水道混凝土施工工艺,结合监理工作实际,提出了平洞段钢模台车浇筑、高岔和斜井混凝土施工质量的控制措施,以及混凝土质量缺陷处理的方法,使水道混凝土施工质量始终处于受控状态,工程质量满足设计和规范要求。目前A、B厂水道充水试验已完成并投入使用,运行正常。
The concrete construction quality controls on the pouring of horizontal section of tunnel by steel trolley and the linings of high-pressure bifurcation and inclined shaft were presented from the perspective of project supervision. The defect treatment of concrete was also introduced herein. The practices show that the concrete construction quality of conduit is always under control and meets the requirements of design and specifications. At present, the water-filled tests of Plant A and B have been completed and the conduits have normally operated.
