摘要
惠州抽水蓄能电站上水库南侧地形较低,库岸为中~弱透水层,自主坝左岸上游单薄分水岭到副坝四,包括一、二、三垭口,采用混凝土防渗墙(覆盖层)+帷幕灌浆(基岩)的综合防渗方案。防渗墙采用钻劈法成槽,气举法和反循环法清槽,采用直升导管法进行泥浆下混凝土浇筑。对槽内孤石或大块石、槽孔坍塌、导向槽变形、槽内漏浆、卡钻、导管堵塞等情况进行了重点处理。检查结果表明,防渗墙浇筑质量良好,完全满足设计要求。
The seepage control system for the upper reservoir from the left bank drainage divide of main clam to the fourth auxiliary dam of Huizhou Pumped-Storage Power Station consists of concrete cutoff wall for overburden layer and curtain grouting for base rock respectively. The wall groove was constructed byboring-cleaving method and cleaned by air-lift and reverse circulation method. The concrete was poured into the bottom of mud by direct pipe method. In the construction, the boulders or large stones in the groove, hole wall collapse, guided groove deformation, slurry leakage, sticking and pipe blockage were treated. The final inspection shows that the pouring quality is good and meets the design requirements.
