摘要
转速500r/min、容量300MW及以上的发电电动机,其转子飞逸时最大周速高达165~190m/s.每极容量高达30MV·A,以电机最大视在功率和飞逸转速乘积表征的电机制造难度(SN·ny×10^-4)可能高达26,远大于三峡机组。加之双向旋转和频繁启动,转子稳定性问题非常突出。近年更发生惠州抽水蓄能电站1号机和西龙池抽水蓄能电站1号、2号机重大事故。通过对惠州抽水蓄能电站转子事故的回顾分析,提出对提高机组转子稳定性的看法,可供参考。
For the generator-motors with rated speed of 500 r/min and rated capacity of 300 MW and above, the maximum runaway peripheral speed is up to 165-190 m/s, the per pole capacity is up to 30 MV.A, and the manufacturing difficulty factor (maximum apparent power times runaway speed) may be up to 26 that is more larger than the Three Gorges units. Considering to the hi-directional rotation and frequent starting, the stability of rotor for pumped-storage power station is important. The rotors of the Unit 1 of Huizhou Pumped-Storage Power Station and the Unit 1 and :2 of Xilongchi Pumped- Storage Power Station have been incidents. The accident in Huizhou Station is reviewed and analyzed, and the improvements on rotor operation stability are proposed.
