摘要
惠州抽水蓄能电站发电机组为三相、竖轴、悬式、空冷、可逆式同步发电/电动机,定子下线工艺在定子叠片及磁化试验完成后在安装间进行,整个下线工艺复杂。为减小运行过程中电晕的产生,采用了大量半导体材料作为绝缘介质对绕组表面处理的工艺,对接式电接头接触面积的调整工艺,测温电阻安装等工艺均可供同类型工程借鉴。
The generator-motor of Huizhou Pumped-Storage Power Station is a three-phase, vertical shaft, suspended, air cooling, reversible and synchronous machine. The stator winding installation was carried out after the stator laminating and the magnetic test. In order to reduce the corona producing in the operation of generator-motor, some processes are adopted in the installation of winding, including using semiconductor material as dielectric to treat winding surface, adjusting the contact of butt-type electrical connector and installing temperature monitoring resistance. The winding installation quality meets the requirements.
