北京农村能源发展的分析与思考

Analysis and Discussion on Beijing Rural Energy

本着对北京农村能源问题的分析将对解决全国农村能源问题具有参考意义之目的,首先对2007年北京农村能源消费现状进行分析,找出了农村能源发展存在的问题。简要介绍了近几年北京农村能源建设的政策以及所要达到的目标,并提出要调整北京农村能源消费结构,就要大力发展农村可再生能源。

The energy problem of Beijing has become the important factor that restricts the economic and social development.Beijing rural energy development is closely related to new socialist countryside construction,and it is also the essential part of Beijing＇s energy system.The way to solve Beijing rural energy problem may set a good example for the whole country.In this paper,Beijing rural energy consumption situation in 2007 and the problems that exist in the rural energy development were analyzed.A series of politics and the targets of rural energy development were also introduced briefly.In order to change the rural energy consumption structure,developing renewable energy in rural areas might be a good way.In recent years,the renewable energy development has achieved certain results.But Beijing rural energy development still faces severe challenges.Some suggestions were given to develop rural renewable energy.
