摘要
针对液压系统的重要执行部件多级液压缸在工作过程中出现的外缸筒变形,进而导致的液压油泄漏现象,运用SolidWorks插件Simulation有限元分析软件对外缸筒进行有限元分析,并基于分析结果,提出改进设计的具体措施,避免泄漏现象的发生。
SolidWorks plug-in Simulation finite element analysis software is adopted for the finite element analysis on the outer cylinder directing at the leak of hydraulic oil caused by the deformation of outer cylinder during the operation of the important executive component multi-stage cylinder of the hydraulic system, and specific measures of improving the de- sign are proposed based on analysis results to avoid leakage.
