摘要
带式输送机胶带跑偏的原因在于胶带两侧的张力不均,针对小型带式输送机提出3项改进措施,使胶带两侧张力更加均匀,这些措施的实施效果较好;对于大型输送机,提出一种新颖的自动纠偏设想,其控制模式较简单实用。
The belt deviation in belt conveyer is caused by the uneven tension on both sides of the belt. Three improvement measures are proposed for small belt conveyors to make the tension on both sides of the belt more uniform, and these measures have sound implementation effects. And for large beh conveyors, a novel assumption of automatic deviation correction is proposed, the control model of which is more simple and practical.
