摘要
单光子计数法是弱光测量领域中的一种新技术,在生物、化学和医学等领域中具有十分重要的作用。本文介绍了新设计的稀土荧光材料激发光谱测量系统,从信号电平指出了普通模拟测量方法所存在的问题。详细讨论了设计的单光子计数测量系统。通过几个样品的测量结果表明。
Single photon counting is a new technology in the field of weak light measurement, and significant in biology,chemistry,medicine etc.. The new measuring system of excitation spectra of rare earth phosphor is introduced in the paper. The problems occurring in the general analog detection of low signal are indicated. The designed single photon counting system is detailed. By the results of some phosphor it is demonstrated that the single photon counting is a effective method to detect extremely low light as the fluorescent spectra.
