摘要
在对我国普通高校教师专业化发展现状的调查中显示,目前我国高校教师专业化发展,普遍存在因职前测评制度不健全、职后培训机制待完善、专业实践和研究能力薄弱而影响教学质量等问题。从社会成熟度、管理成熟度、执行成熟度三个维度出发,构建高校教师专业化成熟度模型。只有在国家政策、高校内部管理以及个人能力修养等方面加强规范,才能有效提高高校教师自身素质,促进高校教师专业化发展,以满足社会快速发展的需要。
The college teacher professional development survey shows pre-evaluation system is not perfect,the staff shoud to be improved after the training mechanism and professional practice and research ability is weak become the main problem on the professional development of university teachers.From the social maturity,management maturity and execution maturity,we need to construct the college teachers’ professional maturity model.Through national policies,internal management of universities as well as personal training,and we can promote the professional development of college teacher to meet the rapid social development.
