摘要
某电站施工围堰为土石围堰,当施工期上游来流超过围堰设计防洪标准相应的流量时,围堰就有可能发生溃决,一旦发生溃决,将对下游铁路桥、公路桥、集镇等重要设施及沿江两岸居民点产生影响,直接关系该电站施工期遭遇超标准洪水时下游防洪度汛工作,为此进行溃堰洪水分析计算,预测溃堰后洪水对下游的影响,以便提早采取相应的措施。
The earth-rock cofferdam of a hydropower project may collapse when the upstream flow exceeds the corresponding flow specified in flood control design standard.If it occurs,it will danger the important facilities including railroad bridge,highway bridge,towns residential areas along both banks,which directly affects the flood control at downstream.Therefore it is necessary to carry out the flood analysis calculation and predict the effects of cofferdam failure on the downstream,in order to take corresponding measures in advance.
