摘要
详细介绍了小湾水电站大坝混凝土采用6台缆机联合浇筑的工艺及协调管理,其"条带法浇筑工艺"、"无缝转仓工艺"、"双仓浇筑工艺"、"缆机的协调管理",保证了小湾大坝混凝土连续高强度施工,有效地促进了工程施工进度的实施,对其它大型混凝土坝施工有借鉴价值。
This paper describes the technology,coordination and management of using 6 cable conveyors for joint dam concrete placement in Xiaowan hydropower project.The ＂strip concreting method＂,＂seamless block change technology＂,＂double block placement technology＂ and ＂coordination and management of cable conveyors＂ ensure continuous and high intensity construction of Xiaowan dam concrete and effectively promotes the implementation of project construction schedule,providing reference for construction of large concrete dams.
