摘要
目的探讨维、汉两民族脂联素基因(adipose most abundant gene transcript1)+45位点及+349位点单核苷酸多态性与肥胖的关系。方法采用优化的特异性引物PCR(SSP-PCR)技术确定脂联素基因+45位点和+349位点的基因型。结果肥胖组与对照组中汉族脂联素基因+45位点GT基因型频率均高于维吾尔族,2组维吾尔族TT基因型频率均高于汉族,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);维吾尔族人群肥胖组和对照组的脂联素基因+349位点A、G等位基因频率分布差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论维、汉两民族脂联素基因的+45位点可能存在差异,维吾尔族人群脂联素基因+349位点A、G等位基因频率与肥胖有关。
Objective To study the association of +45 and +349 of APM1 with obesity between Uygur and Han people.Methods Improved sequence-specific-primers polymerase chain reaction(SSP-PCR)were used to show clear,quick and accurate genotype.Results The frequencies of +45 G/T genotype of APM1 of Han people were higher than those of Uygur people in both normal control group and obesity group,and the frequencies of T/T genotype of Uygur people were higher than those of Han people in the both groups,but the difference was not significant.The frequencies of +349 A allele and G allele of APM1 between normal control group and obesity group of Uygur people(P0.05).Conclusion The frequencies of genotype of +45 of APM 1 might be different between Uygur and Han people.A allele and G allele of +349 of APM 1 was associated with obesity of Uygur people.
