阪崎肠杆菌新疆分离株侵袭乳鼠器官特征研究

Invasiveness to the suckling mice organs by Enterobacter sakazakii strains isolated from Xinjiang

目的分析阪崎肠杆菌新疆分离株对乳鼠器官的侵袭特征。方法阪崎肠杆菌新疆分离株经酪蛋白氨基酸酵母浸膏培养液(CAYE)培养,取0.1ml培养液灌胃3～4日龄乳鼠4d,3d后无菌解剖取肠、肝、脾、肾等组织器官,制作切片,HE染色后镜下观察组织器官病变特征。结果各实验组乳鼠肠、肝、脾、肾均发生明显病变。结论阪崎肠杆菌新疆分离株培养产物能够引起机体器官的损伤,对机体具有潜在危害。

Objective To analyze the invasiveness of Enterobacter sakazakii strains isolated from Xinjiang.Methods The isolates were cultured in casaminoacids yeast extract broth and the broth cultures were tested for toxic activity by sulking mice assay after enterotoxin production in casaminoacids yeast extract.3 to 4 days old ICR suckling mice were inoculated intragastrically with 0.1 ml of the toxin cultivation for 4 days and observed for another 3 days.Mice were euthanized with ethylether and then the entire intestinal tract,liver,spleen,kidney were removed for pathological section and microscopic examination after hematoxylin and eosin stain.Results Pathological changes were apparent in small intestine,ecolon,rectum,liver,spleen,kidney.Conclusion Enterobacter sakazakii strains isolated from Xinjiang may hurt the issue.Presume the causative agent of Enterobacter sakazakii have potential hazard.
