石榴花提取物对2型糖尿病大鼠抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究石榴花提取物(Pomegranate Flower Extract,PFE)对2型糖尿病大鼠抗氧化能力的影响。方法采用给大鼠高脂饲料加腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)45mg/kg建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型。设正常对照组、模型组和石榴花高、低剂量组。造模成功后以低、高剂量石榴花提取物灌胃4周后观察空腹血糖(FPG)、血清胰岛素水平(FIns)、胰岛素抵抗指数(ISI)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、丙二醛(MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)各指标的变化。结果与正常组比较,糖尿病大鼠血清FPG、NOS和MDA均显著升高,SOD显著降低;经过4周的治疗后,与模型组比较,石榴花提取物可显著降低2型糖尿病大鼠的FPG、FIns、ISI、NOS和MDA水平,而SOD水平显著增加,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05~0.01)。结论石榴花提取物具有对2型糖尿病氧化损伤的抗氧化效应。 Objective To study the protective effect of pomegranate flower extract(PFE)on rats of STZ-induced diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods Model group was established with high calorie feeding and small dose injection of STZ(45 mg/kg).DM rats were randomly assigned to model group,PFE high dose group,PFE low dose group and normal control group.After 4 weeks treatment with PFE.The fasting plasma glucose(FPG),Fins,insulin sensitivity index(ISI),the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and nitric oxide synthase(NOS),the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)were detected.Results PFE increased SOD activity,Fins,ISI and decreased FPG,NOS activity and MDA content significantly.Conclusion The results suggest that PFE could be used in antioxidant status and impaired glucose metabolism.
