摘要
采用二甲基亚砜为溶剂配制不同质量分数的聚偏氟乙烯溶液,用HAAKE RS150锥板式黏度计测量了溶液的流变性.研究了不同质量分数溶液的流变曲线,零切黏度与质量分数的关系以及黏度主曲线.结果显示,在低切变速率下,表观黏度随切变速率的增加而缓慢地下降,当切变速率到达一临界点时,随切变速率的增加,表观黏度快速下降,表现为强的切变速率依赖性.根据零切黏度与质量分数的关系,求出了零切黏度与质量分数的关系式.溶液的黏度主曲线显示,在较高的切变速率下曲线的斜率符合Graessley理论的计算值.
Poly(vinylidene fluoride) solutions of different mass fraction were prepared by using DMSO as solvent and their rheological properties were investigated on a HAAKE RS150 cone-and-plate rheological machine.The flow curves of different PVDF mass fraction,the dependence of zero shear viscosity on PVDF mass fraction and the viscosity master curves were studied.The result showed that under lower shear rate,the apparent viscosity decreases somewhat,and shows a characteristic shear rate γc.When the shear rate is bigger than γc,the apparent viscosity decreases sharply showing a strong dependence on shear rate.The equations of zero shear viscosity versus mass fraction are obtained from the relationship between the zero shear viscosity and mass fraction.The viscosity master curve shows that the slop of master curves is just the same as the calculation value acquired from Graessley theory.
