摘要
通过中空纤维膜断裂强度概念的引入,利用国产电子单纱强力机,对熔纺拉伸法聚丙烯中空纤维微孔膜,进行了拉伸性能测试方法的试验研究.考察了不同测试条件下,膜纤维断裂强度和断裂伸长率及其变异系数的变化规律,从而确定最佳测试条件,建立了中空纤维膜断裂强度的测试方法,为中空纤维膜性能指标及检测方法标准体系的制定与完善奠定了基础.
Experiments were carried out for tension performance testing method of melt-spun polypropylene hollow fiber membrane using domestic-produced electronic yarn strength machine.The new breaking strength concept for hollow fiber membrane was introduced during the testing experiments.Via the breaking strength,breaking elongation and their variation coefficient on different testing conditions,the optimal testing parameters and testing method for hollow fiber membrane breaking strength were determined.The testing method made the foundation for improvement and establishment of hollow fiber membrane performance standard and testing method standard system.
