摘要
目的研究用PEPSET自硬砂法替代油砂制芯工艺的可行性.方法通过实验,从PEPSET自硬砂与油砂的硬化特性、抗拉强度、发气性、溃散性以及经济性等方面进行了对比分析.结果PEPSET自硬砂各种工艺性能都优于油砂,可替代油砂制芯.结论PEPSET自硬砂制芯工艺简单,可明显提高铸件质量,节约能源,降低成本,具有推广和使用价值.
Aim Study on feasibility of using PEPSET no bake sand instead of the oil sand during the process of producing mould. Methods The differences of tensile strength, ventilatibility, scatterbility, hardenability and economy between PEPSET no bake sand and oil sand were analyzed though experiment. Results The performances of PEPSET no bake sand get ahead of those of oil sand, and the latter can be replaced by PEPSET no bake sand. Conclusion The process of manufacturing mould by PEPSET no bake sand can raise the quality of casting, save the energy, reduce the cost, and it can be used widely.
