摘要
试验利用膜技术将大庆油田常规处理后的含聚采油污水进行深度处理,在初步预处理的基础上,将超滤(UF)和反渗透(RO)联合,降低污水矿化度用以配聚.在试验中考察工艺的技术经济指标,掌握放大规律,为万吨级工业装置和系统的设计提供基础数据.经过长时间的试验,系统出水很稳定,足以满足配聚要求,并且与清水相比,配聚后的黏度也大大提高.因此经过此工艺处理后的油田污水代替清水作为聚合物驱用水是完全可行的.
In this paper,oil sewage with polymer which was treated conventionally in Daqing oil field would was treated deeply by membrance technology.In the basis of pre-preliminary treatment,ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis were jointed to reduce salinity of waste water for polymer.The basic technical and economic parameters for the design of large-scale industrial plants were obtained from the experimental results.After long time experiment,the product water quality was very stable and fully met the demands of making up polymer,besides,comparing with shimizu,the viscosity was also improved greatly.Therefore,it would be feasible of treating produced water for reuse instead of fresh water for polymer flooding.
