摘要
30年来,我国科技工作者及企业家研发及生产的聚氯乙烯PVC合金超滤膜已成为膜科技及膜工业领域中的一朵艳丽开放的奇葩,在水处理领域的应用中大放异彩.PVC合金超滤膜具有性能优异、价格最低廉等突出优点,可以广泛应用于市政、环保、石油化工、电力、电子、冶金、食品加工、医药等等行业,以及反渗透制水系统的预处理、自来水厂水质改善深度处理、小区分质供水处理、家用饮水机及矿泉水的净化处理、污水及废水处理、中水回用处理等领域的净化、浓缩、回收、除菌、除浊度等过程.文章概述了我国在PVC膜材料的研发、PVC合金超滤膜的发明、七通道PVC合金中空纤维超滤膜的产业化方面所走过的科技创新之路.
In the past 30 years,PVC alloy ultrafiltration membranes developed by Chinese scientists and entrepreneurs have been one of the biggest highlights of membrane technology and industry.These membranes not only exhibit excellent properties,but also have very low cost.They can be used in the processes of purification,concentration,reclamation,removal of bacterium and turbidity,and thus have been widely utilized in many water treatment applications such as municipal engineering,environmental protection,petrochemical industry,electric power,electron,metallurgy,food processing,medical and pharmaceutical industry.They can also be used in the pretreatment of RO system,the deep treatment of tap water in waterworks,the quality improvement of water supply in resident district,the purification of drinking water and mineral water,the treatment of sewage and wastewater,and the recycle of reclaimed water,etc.In this article,the road to some of the greatest innovations in the field,such as of the development of PVC membrane materials,the invention of PVC alloy membranes and the industrialization of ultrafiltration hollow fiber membranes which consist of seven channels in one fiber,was reviewed.It is a consequence of the combination of membrane science,technology and industrialization.
