摘要
近代小说观念作为古典小说观念的终结和现代小说观念的萌芽,不可避免地带有明显的过渡性质,并出现了一些新特点。维新运动前主要是继承传统,又在鄙视小说为"闲书"中出现一些新变化;伴随维新运动的酝酿与来临,小说渐渐受到较多的重视,社会功能得到关注与强调;资产阶级改良者大力提倡小说,着眼于抬高小说的社会地位,力争让小说进入文学殿堂。之后,鸳鸯蝴蝶派强调娱乐消遣功能的小说观念,表现出对传统小说观念的继承与回归。
It is inevitable for modern fiction sense to have remarkable transitional nature with some new characteristics as the end of ancient classic fiction sense and the burgeon of modern fiction sense,where it is mainly inheritance of tradition before the Constitutional Reform and Modernization of 1898 with some changes among the contempt of fiction as "light readings".Accompanying the deliberation of and coming of the 1989 movement,fiction gradually obtains more attention with concern for and stress on its social function.The bourgeois reformers vigorously advocate fiction,aiming at raising its social position and striving for its entering the palace of literature,after which the fiction sense of the yuanyang hudie school emphasizing its relaxation function shows inheritance of and return to the traditional fiction sense.
